Description
The design of your Power BI dashboard can make or break the use of your dashboard. That is why knowledge of a good design is essential.
This training consists of 2 parts:
- Via Power Up you will learn all the theory about Dashboard Design with the experienced trainer Michel Dekker
- With a small group you bring your own dashboard and with experienced Power BI design expert you will make your dashboard visually much more powerful. So you get results right away!
If you cannot bring your own dashboard, we will of course provide a relevant dashboard.
This training offers you everything you need to create effective dashboards that everyone will continue to enjoy using. From choosing the right graph types to (consistently) applying color, layout and formatting in Power BI. The theory is combined with practical tips, so that you see results in your work immediately.
You will learn:
- How human visual perception works.
- How to choose the best data visualization.
- Useful formatting tips for visual impact.
- Using colors effectively. Handy framework of useful chart types
- Creating standard layouts (grids) in Power BI.
